Considerando que: (i) Em 21 de janeiro de 2026, a Galapagos Capital DTVM recebeu ordem de quebra
de sigilo bancário, abrangendo contas de depósito, contas de poupança, contas de investimento, previdência e bens, direitos e valores mantidos em seu sistema, no período de 20/10/2020 a 21/10/2025, relativos a 101 (cento e uma) pessoas físicas e jurídicas listadas.
(ii) Devido a uma falha sistêmica, não houve a devida ciência tempestiva da referida
ordem, o que impediu seu processamento no prazo esperado. A Gala pagos Capital DTVM tomou conhecimento da referida determinação apenas em 13 de abril de 2026.
(iii) Dentre as 101 (cento e uma) pessoas físicas e jurídicas listadas, constam, no sistema
da Galapagos DTVM, apenas registros em nome de André Beraldo de Morais, inscrito no CPF sob o nº 076.120.006-10 e de Fernando Alves Vieira, inscrito no CPF sob o nº 069.572.446-01.

- O cliente André Beraldo de Morais ("André") manteve junto à Galapagos Capital DTVM a conta corrente nº 63125-0, aberta em 02/04/2020 e encerrada em 06/06/2025., não tendo ocorrido qualquer movimentação financeira (Anexo 1).

- O cliente Fernando Alves Vieira ("Fernando") mantém junto à Galapagos Capital DTVM as contas correntes nº 41914, aberta em 15/12/2019, e nº 900041914, aberta em 12/03/2024.
- Na conta corrente nº 41914, foi identificada, como movimentação relevante, a entrada do valor de R$ 20.000,00 (vinte mil reais) em 09/11/2020, com a correspondente saída do mesmo montante em 01/02/2022 (Anexo li). Conforme se extrai do Anexo 111, esse montante foi transferido para a Conta nº 3823-7, Agência nº 3900, e Banco 341.
- Ademais, em 12/03/2024, houve o bloqueio judicial no valor de R$ 140,00 (cento e quarenta reais). Para atender às solicitações relativos à determinação de bloqueio de valores, foi criada a conta corrente nº 900041914 - Anexo IV. Cumpre informar que a Galapagos Capital DTVM vem adotando as medidas necessárias, em conjunto com seu provedor de software, para prevenir a ocorrência de falhas sistêmicas como a descrita na presente que possam implicar na prestação de informações incorretas. Sendo o que nos cumpria para o momento, permanecemos à disposição para eventuais questionamentos.

From time to time, GALAPAGOS CAPITAL INVESTIMENTOS E PARTICIPACOES LTDA. (we, us or Company) may be required by law to provide to you certain written notices or disclosures. Getting paper copies

Unless you tell us otherwise in accordance with the procedures described herein, we will provide electronically to you through the DocuSign system all required notices, disclosures, authorizations, acknowledgements, and other documents that are required to be provided or made available to you during the course of our relationship with you. To reduce the chance of you inadvertently not receiving any notice or disclosure, we prefer to provide all of the required notices and disclosures to you by the same method and to the same address that you have given us. Thus, you can receive all the disclosures and notices electronically or in paper format through the paper mail delivery system. If you do not agree with this process, please let us know as described below. Please also see the paragraph immediately above that describes the consequences of your electing not to receive delivery of the notices and disclosures electronically from us.

To request paper copies from GALAPAGOS CAPITAL INVESTIMENTOS E PARTICIPACOES LTDA.
To request delivery from us of paper copies of the notices and disclosures previously provided by us to you electronically, you must send us an email to gustavo.mazuca@glpgcapital.com and in the body of such request you must state your email address, full name, mailing address, and telephone number. We will bill you for any fees at that time, if any.
To withdraw your consent with GALAPAGOS CAPITAL INVESTIMENTOS E PARTICIPACOES LTDA.
To inform us that you no longer wish to receive future notices and disclosures in electronic format you may:
i. decline to sign a document from within your signing session, and on the subsequent page, select the check-box indicating you wish to withdraw your consent, or you may;
ii. send us an email to gustavo.mazuca@glpgcapital.com and in the body of such request you must state your email, full name, mailing address, and telephone number. We do not need any other information from you to withdraw consent.. The consequences of your withdrawing consent for online documents will be that transactions may take a longer time to process..
Required hardware and software

Acknowledging your access and consent to receive and sign documents electronically
