O Bank of America Merrill Lynch Banco Múltiplo S.A., instituição financeira com sede na Cidade de São Paulo, Estado de São Paulo, na Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, nº 3.400, 12º andar, inscrito no CNPJ sob o nº 62.073.200/0001-21 ("BofA"), por seus representantes infraassinados, vem, pela presente, em atenção ao ofício expedido mencionado acima, informar o quanto segue.
Em atenção ao ofício expedido nos autos da Petição nº 15.877, cumpre informar que, após diligências internas realizadas nos sistemas do BofA, não identificamos nenhum relacionamento entre os investigados mencionados no Doc. 1 e esta instituição, dessa forma não há qualquer relacionamento comercial, contratual ou financeiro com os investigados mencionados no referido ofício.
Deste modo, não existem contas, aplicações financeiras, investimentos, ações, ou quaisquer outros ativos sob guarda desta instituição vinculados aos referidos nomes, razão pela qual não há medidas de bloqueio a serem efetivadas.
Sendo o que nos cumpria para o momento, o BofA permanece à inteira disposição desse Tribunal para quaisquer esclarecimentos ulteriores que se fizerem necessários.
