rodado d2aa61c8ad chore: archive stale CV exports and clear finished audit tasks ...

- Move stale CV exports (polo-cv*.html, polo-new-cv.*, rafael-polo-cv*)
  to cv/old/ — kept polo.md as the single canonical source
- Delete motivation1.md (Roche) and motivation-adobe.md — both were
  one-off letters from the CV audit, superseded
- Delete homework.md — stale scratch notes
- Mark Priority 1-3 of the CV audit as executed in tasks/to-update.md;
  only the behavioural channel-shift checklist remains open
