Channel shift (behavioural, not a file — still open, Rafael's to do)

• Invert the mix: ~70% company career portals + recruiter/referral, ~30% Easy Apply.
• Apply direct (not via LinkedIn) for the live Basel/Zürich targets: Adobe, Roche, Exeon, Crypto Finance, Swiss Post Cybersecurity.
• Reconsider German-first corporates (Coop, Valora, Helvetia) while at B1 — screening failure precedes any engineering assessment.

• Pedir à Swisscom uma confirmação de emprego (Arbeitsbestätigung, Art. 330a al. 2 CO), só com função e datas, sem avaliação. Fallback caso a correção da carta de março de 2025 ("moderate results") seja recusada: a confirmação pesa menos que a carta, mas também chama atenção. - Para: Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd, Group Human Resources, HR Advisory, CH-3050 Berne - Dados: DevOps Engineer III, Transport IP Network, Zürich, 01/03/2024 a 28/02/2025 - Ao receber: salvar em rafapolo/job/credentials/references/ e usar no dossiê no lugar da carta.
