Scope: `linkme/cv/`, `linkme/motivation*.md`, `rafapolo/` portfolio + `rafapolo/job/`.

## Channel shift (behavioural, not a file — still open, Rafael's to do)

- [ ] Invert the mix: ~70% company career portals + recruiter/referral, ~30% Easy Apply.
- [ ] Apply direct (not via LinkedIn) for the live Basel/Zürich targets: Adobe, Roche,
      Exeon, Crypto Finance, Swiss Post Cybersecurity.
- [ ] Reconsider German-first corporates (Coop, Valora, Helvetia) while at B1 — screening
      failure precedes any engineering assessment.

## Referência da Swisscom (aberto, ação do Rafael)

- [ ] Pedir à Swisscom uma confirmação de emprego (Arbeitsbestätigung, Art. 330a al. 2 CO),
      só com função e datas, sem avaliação. Fallback caso a correção da carta de março de
      2025 ("moderate results") seja recusada: a confirmação pesa menos que a carta, mas
      também chama atenção.
