- Delete motivation1.md (Roche) and motivation-adobe.md — both were
one-off letters from the CV audit, superseded
- Delete homework.md — stale scratch notes
- Mark Priority 1-3 of the CV audit as executed in tasks/to-update.md;
only the behavioural channel-shift checklist remains open
