Broaden software filter and add junior/intern filter

- Add lead, technical, consultant, solutions, product manager, IT manager
  to the software-role allowlist so relevant non-"software" titles pass
- Add JUNIOR_TITLE_RE to drop junior, intern, trainee, apprentice titles
